BROADBAND ENTERPRISES AND THE HEALTHCENTRAL NETWORK ANNOUNCE SYNDICATION AGREEMENT

Online Video Sales & Syndication Giant Adds Leading Health & Wellness Site to Content Portfolio

NEW YORK, NY - November 29, 2006 - Broadband Enterprises (www.broadbandenterprises.com), the world's largest online video sales and syndication company, announced today an agreement with The HealthCentral Network (www.thehealthcentralnetwork.com), a premier online resource for health and wellness information. Made up of a collection of consumer-oriented health & wellness destinations, The HealthCentral Network takes a Web 2.0 approach to empower community networking. The company's extensive library of online video featuring medical advice and news from America's Doctor, Dr. Dean Edell, and medical news reports from Ivanhoe Broadcast News and other sources, will be syndicated through select web sites from Broadband Enterprises' 1,700+ online website network

Due to the tremendous demand for online health programming from leading health & wellness brands, this agreement allows Broadband Enterprises to fill a crucial programming niche in their content offerings to the advertising community. The syndication agreement will allow Broadband Enterprises to deliver HealthCentral Network's programming to new audiences as well as monetize the site's collection of rich media through pre and post roll advertising sales.

"As online video becomes a viable source of news and information for millions of Americans, The HealthCentral Network's online video collection is a prized asset that we are eager to syndicate throughout our network and one that we think the advertising community will be eager to embrace," said Bryon Evje, COO of Broadband Enterprises.

"One of the strengths of The HealthCentral Network that site visitors have come to count on is our video library that delivers trusted, timely and in-depth medical information," said Christopher M. Schroeder, President and CEO of The HealthCentral Network. "By working with Broadband Enterprises, we will be able not only to broaden our reach with advertisers looking to connect with health-seekers online, but also to bring our excellent video content to more and more families looking for the best medical information on the web."
